We source our products from local producers in the Stubai Valley and the surrounding area:
Fresh eggs from the farm
Yogurt and cheese made from Tyrolean alpine milk
Homemade jams and honey from the region
Crispy bread from the village baker
Ham, bacon & sausage specialties from traditional butchery
Fresh fruit, juices and, if desired, plant-based alternatives
Because you can taste where it comes from.
