• Check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m.

• Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance.

• Online check-in before arrival is possible and recommended.

• Alternatively, you can check in at the self-check-in desk in the lounge on the 1st floor of the main building.

• On the day of departure, please vacate the apartment by 11:00 a.m. at the latest.

• Check-out also takes place via the self-check-in desk.

• Any outstanding charges (e.g., charging costs, extra breakfast, etc.) can be paid conveniently at the payment terminal.

• You will receive your room card at the self-check-in desk.

• One free underground parking space is available to you.

• Free choice of space in the garage – please leave the first spaces on the left for electric cars (charging stations located there).

• Charging stations for electric cars can be activated easily with your room card. Cost: € 0.40 per kWh.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the building (only on the terrace – please use the provided ashtrays; do not dispose of cigarette butts in flowerpots or on the grounds).

• Open flames (e.g., candles) are not allowed in the apartments for safety reasons.

• Please make sure all appliances, lights, and the stove are turned off when you leave the apartment.

• Tip: Press “OFF” on the control panel near the apartment entrance to switch off all lights at once.

• Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.

• Please handle all electronic devices and furnishings with care.

• There is no daily cleaning service – mid-stay cleaning is available upon request for a fee (€30 for 1-bedroom, €40 for 2-bedroom, €50 for 3-bedroom apartments).

• The waste room is located at the end of the underground garage of the main building – please dispose of your trash there.

• 🧺 Laundry: On the ground floor of the main building, behind the glass door labeled “Laundry”, you will find a shared washing machine and a washer-dryer (up to 10 kg of laundry). Both machines operate with Euro coins (€5 per wash or dry cycle). The detergent is added automatically!

Before departure, please:

• Load and start the dishwasher

• Remove all food from the kitchen and refrigerator

• If the apartment is left in an unusually dirty condition, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee of €50

• Pool area: open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

• Sauna area: open daily from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

• Children under 14 are allowed in the spa area until 6:00 p.m. only when accompanied and supervised by an adult.

• From 6:00 p.m., access is reserved for guests aged 14 and older.

• The spa is a place of relaxation – please maintain a quiet atmosphere.

• Smoking is only permitted on the terrace.

• Please use the designated ashtrays.

• Do not dispose of cigarette butts in flowerpots or on the grounds.
